Dr. Sadati uses Triple C SMAS Plication technique, which was developed by Dr. Sadati himself for mild to moderate aging face and necks. For severe laxity of face and neck, a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift is used. He does not use general anesthesia with intubation rather with twilight sedation (IV sedation) and local anesthesia to ensure the patient’s comfort and safety.
During the procedure, Dr. Sadati will apply uniform tension to the patient’s entire face, resulting a smooth and rejuvenated appearance without causing a pulled back or artificial effect. A relatively quick surgery, the male facelift takes approximately two hours to complete and is associated with significantly less complications when compared to traditional facelifts.
